is anyone else having problems with the dock. All I get is a black bar, I tried making the "SBDockBG" transparent, but I still get a black. When the app was first released the dock was working, then after The first update the dock would change.

and something else I noticed, when you enter the weather app, for a couple of seconds you can see the wallpaper.

You can change the weather Default png.

The dock issue is a known problem, if you had read the note when you installed Winterboard, you would have known this. Plus it was coded in 1 day, so yeah, give it some time for the problems to be ironed out
