I am trying to use the utility "screenshot" to take some pictures of my phone, But I get this error message:

2008-01-24 08:25:24.459 screenshot[64:d03] Couldn't register with bootstrap server unknown error code (0x44f); failing...
64: ABORT: Unable to register "UnknownPurpleApp" port, 1103 unknown error code
zsh: abort screenshot

I have a 1.1.1 phone, someone asked the same question in another thread but it was never answered.

Before someone says "why don't you use the Dock app" there are some screens that the dock will not take screenshots of.

Did you type in "chmod +x /bin/screenshot" (without the quotes)after you copied the file into the bin directory? Make sure SSH is turned on in your iPhone too.

It will take a picture, but then I try to open it it says file does not exist.

Unknown purple app errors are usually plist or SB restart issues.

Is there an Info.plist in the same directory as your screenshot binary? Try again. Then do a SB restart and try one more time. Let us know what you see.

I've seen this error before, but am unable to repeat it at the moment. I just used 'snap' from my installed Erica utilities. It installed in /var/root/bin, which is noexec for me, so I have to move the binary before it works. After that, it runs fun.

I get a similar error with the springboard stuck in endless reboot, any help would be appriciated.
