Boss Tools 2.0 Crash

I relocated my fonts on the new Boss Tools app on my Pwaned iPhone 3G, but it ended up messing up a lot of my applications. I would open them and then they would close immediately. Is there any reason as to why this happens?

I reinstalled boss tools but I'm scared to relocate fonts cause I really don't wanna restart my iPhone again.

After installing 2.0, do you have to free up application space like you had to previously to begin with?
Since Customize is now on 2.0 I'm thinking of taking the plunge.
