Speed Dials in 2.0 question

Will we be able to make our own speed dials in 2.0 like we were before? I'm not talking about the app that would do it, I think it was called springdial. I'm talking about making our own where we edit the info.plist and change the name and number that we want dialed and package it with an icon.png, default.png, embark to create the speed dial app.

I know things were changed in 2.0 but I don't know if those changes effected this process.

Tap Dial which is similar to SpringDial is now out on Cydia. Problem solved.
