    Default Modify Calendar Alerts???

Is there any program or app out there that will allow me to change my calendar alerts? Right now the standard alert is a very brief vibration and sound. I'd like to be able to have several short vibrations or one long vibration until I acknowledge the alert, when the phone is in silent mode.

Is there anything out there that will allow me to do this?

    Thanks

Moved. Nothing to do with developing an application in here.

I can't believe I'm the only person interested in not missing appointments and phone calls and just general alerts. Any help would be appreciated.

I wish there was a way to change it so when you create a new appt, the alert is automatically set to turn on instead of manually having to do it. I mean... what is the point of making a calendar appt without an alert of some kind...
