Customize App in Installer

I was uninstalling some apps on my iphone using ibrickr and I accidentally uninstalled rSBT. I went to reinstall it, but ibrickr isn't installing any apps for some reason. I went to install the installer app manually figuring i could just download the customize app, but I can't seem to find it under installer app. Any help or anything is appreciated.
