Currently using Customize 1.13 becuse i refuse to update my iphone frimware(1.0.2). The problem is i can not rearrange my icons when i go to it in customize the screen goes black and just stays black until i push the home button......help

Did you install it manually? If so, check your permissions.

I have Windows, so if you have WinSCP, if you go to the app's folder, right click on one of the files, and click something about permissions. Then it will say octal code at the bottom, make sure it is 0755, then reboot.
