sendsong doesn't work anymore?!?! (1.1.1)

ever since i updated to .30 .....my ringtones that i had uploaded before work...but every new one send to ringtones doesnt....

they appear in the ringtones menu...i click on them....they put a preview and a TICK at the end....BUT when som1 calls....the marimba song comes up!


and like i erased all my old ringtones (don't ask why)

i've tried uploading ringtones from every way i know...but same thing happened

if i restore my iphone will it work (last thing i wanna do)

and i don't know if this problem is becuase i installed the Mecca patch recently....from the installer......

Please help

UPDATE: hey if anyone can send me his original Mecca file that'd be awsome....i wanna try that plz plz plzzz
