Recording MOVIES

I saw on telly that you can record movies on the iPhone.

Can someone pls tell me if this is true and where i can download it pls.

Right now, the program records 5 seconds of video then plays it back once.
It does not save, and you can't play that video again, it just stops on the last frame. You record again, exit and restart the program. The author is going to create a straight replacement for the apple camera program that will do video, that can be saved, and photos.
