I just bought my iphone, week 42. Software 1.1.1

It was supposively unlocked when i bought it.
It does read my tmobile sim card fine, i can call/text
But i cant use safari/youtube, ect

Anybody know why, it says you are not an edge subscriber. i dont want to get att is there a way around this?

You need to enter tmobiles APN settings under


Settings/General/Network/EDGE/APN....


Had the same problem with Optus when I 1st got my phone..
