Delete Email once

Hello -

I am looking for a application that can delete the email at once. Right now you have to do edit then select which one you want to delete from the inbox and then you also need to delete from the trash. Also does anyone knows how get your folders from yahoo into my iphone. I only see the inbox, sentbox and trash box. I don't see the other folders I created.
