When I run Boss tools, it told me I had 144MB free on my OS partition. After a few days of adding some things, it has decreased to 120MB free. I re-ran Cydia to see if that would free it up but it did not.

Where would I find the location to exactly what is on that 300MB partition? what coulda have increased my usage? I have the Apps,fonts and ringtones moved with Boss Tools but what else is there?

Its pretty much all components from the apps you installed, but I wouldnt really worry about it until you get under 50-40 area...

i keep getting a warning that my memory is low and to delete stuff, but i only have like 1 game, 3 apps, and only 100mb worth of music/video. any ideas on what to do?

You need to install Boss Tools or Cydia and it will move your files to free your space.

Unless you actually plan on using Cydia, just install BossTool...
