Customize theme problems

I have 'Customize' on the iphone and have downloaded some sounds to apply in the themes. Have changed the unlock slide sound but can't revert back to the original apple one now. Anyone know where i can download the OEM sounds and how to revert back. Have clicked on revert to backup but this doesn't change it
