    Default help installing ericas utilities

    hi guys, i need help installing ericas utilities for windows, not mac.
    i downloaded it already off of installer. only reason i downloaded it was to get iCheckmail working and i need ericas utilities to run that, so i downloaded them both with installer and i got an error saying "Error it seems ericas utilities are not correctly installed perss home button to exit" any ideas guys?
