I need Help!!! My MobilePhone.app is not working

Hi!!! My MobilePhone.app is not working, I was trying to install some new skin for phone dialer but it didn't seem to work.

I made sure that I saved the original folder for my MobilePhone.app on my computer deskstop So I can always put it back on my iphone. Well I was trying to put it back on my iphone, When I put it back on my iphone, all my other icons got messed up..When i try to hit any other icon, it wont do anything, it wont take me to where it supposed to go. Anyway, I took out the MobilePhone.App on my iphone, and my icons started to work again, but it sucks coz I can't use the dialer keypad since I took out the whole MobilePhone.app...What should I do...let me know...thanksssssssss
