    Why is there no icon...hidden system app?

    It's a file (hidden, hence the "." ) in the apps folder. I've deleted mine, so far no ill effects. If you decide to delete it, make sure you back it up to your computer, just in case.

    Edit: Looks like it's a file that has to do with the jailbreak/activation:
