hey everyone. i downloaded the trial of IVP from installer. it worked for a little while then it stopped working. it would let me recorder the video but it will not encode them. It gives me this error:

i tried installing/reinstalling plenty of times and it will not work. anyone have a clue? couldn't find anything on MMi or google. please let me know if there a fix. dont feel like contacting DC. Thanks!
apparently if you took a the video with your headphone plugged in it will NOT encode at all, causing the error. so your headphones need to be out of the phone before you take the video and during encoding. i guess i answered my own question.
