iLiberty help

I jailbroke my iPod touch (1.1.4) with iLiberty and downloaded Cydia only. I understood that I need Installer to download SummerBoard, but how can I put Installer on my iPod touch using iLiberty (and hopefully keeping Cydia)?
I looked for it in the Advanced tab, but I couldn't find it.
