Help Please Dont Want To Restore And Start Over

hey guys so somehow when i unistalled summerboard it didnt fully uninstalland wont fully unistall but the icon is gone and i can no longer access it i was going to check ustomize but its not in customize either and when i went into customize somehow i turned off the visibility for my apps launcher and games launcher so now everything is gone and i only have installer on the home screen is there another application that toggles the visibiity?
if so what source is it on thanks

it doesnt work with 1.1.2

install dock this will give you access to all of your applications whether hiddn or not including customise and then you can retoggle the visibility of the apps through that.

or if you have terminal installed you can just run /Application/Customize.app/Customize
