Little envelope icon in top right corner

I've always dialed out to *3282# (*DATA#) to get my data/text remaining. Recently I've been doing that and have only received a little envelope icon in the top right corner with no new text message, email, or voicemail.

Anybody know why it happens or how to fix it?

Also, I can cycle the power on my phone and the icon goes away after it starts back up.

Do you have MCleaner installed on our iPhone?

Hey it sounds like your phone has been unlocked before, and you used the taskbar application. First try a hard reset (hold the top and the bottom square) until it turns completely off and see if that works for you. If not jailbreak it (i use Ziphone 3.0) install taskbar... andthe uninstall it officially and that should fix your problem. If you want it back to factory use the restore option and make sure you're at a computer with a internet connection to activate your phone again.
