    Default SummerBoard 3.0b1-1
anyone know why this app did not come up as an update?
i checked and it looks like i cannot uninstall my current summerboard?

if i were to install it would i run into problems?

i only see this app in the recent apps section.

I installed this update via installer.app. It seems to work fine. It runs smoother. I installed it without uninstalling older version. i'm on 1.1.1.

    Any changelog?

This update seems to fix the issue i had when rebooting the phone, and not coming up with the wallpaper until pressing one of the icons (like ipod, sms, etc)

    Seems smoother also

I had 3.0b1 installed (did so yesterday) - got the update notification, clicked in it, then got error at the end after downloading : Error: Package Download Failed!

So I uninstalled the old version - tried the new one, same error...

    Any advise? Running 1.1.1...

    try not to install it.
After doing the update, i tried to uninstall it but it gave me an error.

Now the icon's no longer there, but installer shows it in the uninstall list.

if i installed smb 3.09a through ssh, would there be a problem if i installed the latest version from installer?

Ever since i installed this update it messes my spring board by making it real slow. then when i click on an icon it runs ok, but 2 seconds later it kicks me out to the homescreen. Then after a couple of tries it resets.

I had a similar problem when I was running the previous Summerboard version. By turning of "Dim Wallpaper" in the SMB Prefs it seemed to fix the problem (actually I turned off all the options just to be sure, but I've heard that the Dim Wallpaper is the culprit). I'm assuming, from the sound of your problem, that this has not been fixed in this latest release and that you still have to do this fix. Worth a try anyway.
