With better features as well obviously and better performance.

Not anytime soon.... apps can't run in the background so you can't have a chat client up and running at all times. The 3rd party push information will roll out in september and then we may see something.

Well its gonna be developed with the SDK, but since it cant run in the background, Im pretty sure he will just release it on Installer...

Just read a few of the blog posts.

twenty08 and MobileChat are not going to be on Installer.app anymore they are going strictly with the SDK and the App Store.

The method they are using to keep you signed in when the app is closed is quite interesting.

It's sounding great but we'll see.
