Freeboard will not Turn On! Everytime I turn it on and reboot, Customize says it is off! Is there anyway to fix this? Thanks

Nothing posted here is working. I deleted over 40+ apps so now iam down to 40 or less.. still does not load. Tried deleting some things out of my .plist, didnt work. Tried completely copying someone elses posted .plist. Didnt work...
Not sure what to do next.

I was pissed at first to see this as I had just bought Kate, but now that it wont even work, I'm not so worried, lol.
