ui looks nice, but makes you wonder about their programmers skills when they cant even compensate for removing the status bar.. the whole ui is off centered.

As long as AT&T has MobiTV (which wouldn't be hard to port to the iPhone), I can't imagine that Apple would allow another company to provide this service.
