ConverPro + self inflicted damage

I can't install any new apps or update my current ones. After installing converterpro my phone refused to boot so I ssh'd in and manually removed it. My phone still wouldn't boot so in a last ditch effort before restoring I started removing my most recent installed apps.

Here's where I really screwed things up. I didn't recognize the mach file and mistakenly thought it was new so I deleted it. Now verbose mode gives me "stat mach not found" or something like that. Does anyone know where I can get that file also what directory (/etc/mach_edit I think) I need to put it back in or any other way I can fix my phone with out a restore.

So, restore then?
