I installed new theme on my iPhone but icons weather, iTunes, Installer and iPod haven't changed. No matter what theme I install, everything changed except those icons. I found solution for weather icon, but Ive got the problem with 4 icons! Can anyone fix this?

What theme is it?
Where did you get it from?
How did you install it?
If it's a SummerBoard theme, do other SummerBoard themes work?White 3G

This is Gunmetal REMASTERED theme downloaded from this website. I installed it using iThemer.exe. Actually I dont know if its Summerboard theme, I just downloaded it and installed. I was trying to install LoringMatrixOne LoringMatrixFive themes but with the same result - does not replace Weather, iTunes, Installer and iPod icons. I solved the problem with Weather icon (http://www.modmyi.com/forums/showpos...10&postcount=3) but three other are still the same (default) ...

On all of the older themes, the ones you are trying to use, they will be no icons for:
iTunes (Music Store)
iPod (requires the MobileMusicPlayer.png icon to be changed to icon-MediaPlayer.png)
As for Installer app, well that's been around long enough that I would expect that icon to be in the theme set. I've never used iThemer. Try installing the icon manually. (or perhaps another way of switching icons altogether... )
Quite odd about the Weather app, I've not had a problem since I upgraded to 1.1.2.White 3G

Judging from your mention of "iThemer.exe", I go with the Windows infoWhite 3G

You really do have a lot of options when it comes to accessing the file system on your iPhone. On my Mac, I've found SSH to be the easiest way. You might consider that too, you might already have SSH installed on your iPhone, depending on your jailbreak method. If so, then it's nothing to get an SSH client on your PC and then just drag and drop files.
