This is for everyone like me who installed RemindYou and it totally disabled and locked you out of your phone. What I did was restart the phone. Hold down the power and the "Home" button or whatever the circle button is. Then let go when you see the Apple icon. Once it loads back up slide the slider open and open RemindYou. Disable it and apply changes. Once it gets done applying changes hit the home button then restart your phone again. When the phone comes up it should be running normally. Just go to installer and uninstall it.

Mind you I have been trying this for 45 minutes. Not this method but any method and I did those exact steps and my phone is normal now.

Did it work for you? Like I said I restarted my phone like 50 times trying to get rid of it. One time it will work.
