How to create my own installer source?

i made a zip with winrar for a theme and it worked. Heres my source link im working with try it on ur iphone. It works for my theme.

how can I set file permissions on windows so that when I zip it it will retain the 0755. My embark file's permission was changed using winscp. When I transfer it over to the computer it no longer has the permissions.
