OK. I learnt how to use SSH. I'll tell you how to use both methods:
The SSH Method
1. Get WinSCP from here.
2. After installing, launch WinSCP.
3. In host name, type in the IP address of your iPhone. (To find IP address, go to Settings -> Wi-Fi, and click on the blue arrow next to your connection.)
4. Don't fill in anything else, and press login.
5. It might say something about a cache, just read the message, and press whichever one continues with the process.
6. Now it'll ask for a username and password. Try these two combinations. Depending on your firmware, one of them will work.
Username: root
Password: alpine
Username: root
Password: dottie
7. You're in. Now you have full access to your iPhone on your computer using Wi-Fi.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Non-SSH Method (the easier method)
1.Get iPhoneBrowser from here.
2. Install it, and then launch.
3. Dock your iPhone.

I've hosted the modified Info.plist in the Downloads section here. Download it, extract, and then overwrite the one in /Applications/Weather.app
Make sure you make a backup of the original Info.plist, by saving it in a safe place in your computer. (By safe, I mean less prone to viruses or corruption)

Idos: You don't need to take the trouble of editting it yourself. Get the fixed file here:
http://modmyi.com/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=1936
And then replace the file in /Applications/Weather.app with the fixed file.

wow!
i've edited the info.plist file in weather.app folder, i've made a winterboard theme myself and made a custom icon, i've also went into system/coreservices/springboard and edited the SBWeatherCelsius.png and i STILL have not been able to change my weather icon.
is there anything left i can do?
