Still having installer.app problems!

So i've basically tried every thing, i've used iDemocracy's "fix installer.app permisions" way, no luck, and i've done everything you can in the "/private/var/mobile/Library/Installer" directory(dleteing RemotePackages.plist, changing it to RemotePackages.plist.old). I have no idea what's wrong, because when i do delete RemotePackages.plist, or change it to RemotePackages.plist.old, installer.app can open one time after i change that, and then when i try to open it a second time, it doesnt open(crashes).

im having the same problem whenever i open installer, i click on something to download and it does, but then when it gets to the installation, it bings me back to the home screen. Help???

Yeah, and the wierd thing is that this randomly started happening for me, like out of no where!
Have no idea what the problem is, maybe it's something to do with the update, i dont know.
