Pogostick/Springboard Patch for 1.1.2?

can someone please tell me if there exists a springboard patch for 1.1.2 already, because I would like to rearrange my icons.

Yes, I know Customize, but I've heard about a lot of bugs related to Customize, this is why I'd prefer to edit the M68AP.plist by myself.
But unfortunately, the M68AP.plist is somehow decrypted, I believe. If I open it in any Text Editor, there are a lot of strange symbols, and no recognizable structure.
