help with phonezap ringtones?

Whenever i create a new ringtone, they show up under my list of created ringtones in phonezap, but not in my ringtone list under settings..i was wondering if anyone could help? thanks

If you read the "Important Notes", they have said that ringtones making doesn't work (very well) yet. There should be an update soon.
