Need help setting up wiki2touch

I am on step 5 and says to use terminal and navigate to the folder that has the files but how do I
do that in terminal?

Using terminal on my mac how do you navigate to the folder that you just put the files in?

Yep,I have the same problem though.... I have SSHed to my iPhone,but the question-is HOW TO SET PERMISSIONS through terminal,maybe someone could give the links,please.
