This is not leaked or anything. It's old news and not the quake 3 you've seen videos of. The source is available at the site linked below. Jesus christ.

As of the 1.1.4 firmware, quake3-iphone is no longer getting past the level loading screen, and the application crashes while loading map assets, taking the SpringBoard with it. It is not recommended for casual testing at this time.
On 1.1.3 firmware, quake3-iphone did successfully launch and display a few frames of the 3D projection before crashing, albeit with missing in-game textures. The menus and model displays (such as the flaming "Quake 3" title, and the player models) appear to work correctly

Me too, so theres actually no quake 3 for iphone that works? Thats lame. I was so excited but now my life is ruined. I guess I'll just fade back to my miserable, non-quake 3 for iphone existence. Oh well, at least I still have death to look forward to right? Theres always a silver lining.

The google code says it was made with the iphone-dev tool chain. So your probably going to have to use that to compile it.

Yo it's an uncompiled app just compile it and then try running it. I'll re-upload it for anyone who wants to compile it. But it's gunna go quick. If it goes down again just PM me and I'll privatley send it 2 u. Please upload the app if you compiled it, because we'd ALL love to see it up and running!

Like jimbeam said, it's written using the iPhone dev toolchain so I'm gonna head over and try to download that. Hopefully that'll let me compile it.

I'm looking into the source code now. Lets see if its any good. If it is, expect Quake3 on the iPhone/iPod soon! :P
EDIT: Or not. Just as thought. It won't run well at all. This source code is actually just downloaded from http://code.google.com/p/quake3-iphone/
They had issues with things, and so will you if you compile this code.
