No theme background issue with Customize 2.0 *help*

Hello all,

I have been having this problem for a quite some time now and I cannot figure out a way to fix this. Everytime I pick a theme through Customize, it changes everything BUT the background. I've followed the directions exactly how spickychicken has written on his website. I've restarted and installed Customize and SummerBoard over 6 times now. I installed the SUID lib fix but it did not change anything for me.

My problem is isolated down to the fact that my theme list shows up empty under SMBprefs when I access it from springboard. It should be set to customize.

When I go through customize > SMBprefs > themes, Customize is selected though.

I can install themes fine. Just the background on the springboard and on the lock screen will not change.

Under SMBPrefs I have the current settings (just like customize's website says):

SummerBoard -> on
Theme Wallpaper-> on
Theme Status Bar-> off
Theme Icons-> off
Theme Dock-> off
Wallpaper->on

Sadly, I am not the only one having these background problems.

I tried going through SSH and located the Summerboard folder and it's permission seems right (0755)

Let me know if you guys got any other ideas.

Thanks

turn the summerboard off, then you will get you background from customize.

Disabling SummerBoard did not fix the problem.

I am having the Exact same problem, and have also reinstalled summerboard and customize a half-dozen times, to no avail. I can change the themes list in SMBprefs through customize, but when I access it directly from the springboard the themes list is blank. Changing icons works, as does the dock picture, but I can't change the wallpaper in any capacity.

A reply would be incredibly appreciated.

Same here - However I managed to change the lock screen wallpaper.

I installed "Mobile finder" over the installer and deleted the file "lockbackground.jpg". After that I was able to change at least the main wallpaper again.

However, I still can't change the home screen wallpaper. Therefore, help would be appreciated!
