I don't know because it says there is no planned updates for 1.1.4 and that updates will be for 2.0......i think this means it will come out for 1.1.4 and any future updates will be for 2.0 iphones.
i could be wrong though, maybe im just not understanding the wording.A Thanks is always nice =]

WinPwn 1.0 RC1 (it's out now, check out winpwn.com) already lets you change boot images without a restore or change of firmware. I just changed the boot logos of my 1.1.4 iPhone without losing any content whatsoever.

I know, but the reason i like this way is because you can do it directly through your iPhone, unlike winpwn.

Forgive my n00bish question, but when you say you didn't lose content, do you mean that all your apps and any custom icons and graphics (Customize, Summerboard) were untouched. Sometimes people intend "content" to mean settings (ie mail, passwords, etc...)WinPwn 1.0 RC1 (it's out now, check out winpwn.com) already lets you change boot images without a restore or change of firmware. I just changed the boot logos of my 1.1.4 iPhone without losing any content whatsoever.

He means he lost nothing at all. SaladFork, WinPwn does change boot logo, but do you want to plug in your phone all the time and open up WinPwn and select a firmware file just to do that one thing? Its like installer/cydia vs SSH. I know that I can install apps via SSH, and fiddle with permissions and file locations, but its a waste of time, so I'll try Installer or Cydia. Goes without saying

I just was going to try this again and chickened out when Winpwn told me to put my phone into restore mode to continue. This was to clearly do boot logos only.

Haha same here, after seeing I have to put my phone in restore I cancelled. Not worth running into trouble just for the boot logo. I'll wait for the boot swap app.
