Help, iPhone screen stuck pls Help!

Any help would be appreciated! I was installing a program on Installer, and it's downloaded, but before I pressed the home button for the phone to refresh and go into the slide to unlock screen, an sms text message from a friend came in. and the phone just got stuck on the sms screen. Non of the button works. Plugging it in dont do anyhting either. If I restore it by pressing home + sleep buttons, do I have to reunlock the phone through the process agagin? im on 1.0.2 btw. tnx!

You can probably just reboot it. Turn it off using the home+sleep buttons, then once its off press down the lock button for a second. Once the apple logo goes away you'll probably be okay.

Hey guys, I had a similar problem. Except my phone got stuck in the phone mode... I could make calls or send texts from the contact options but once I'd push the home button it would automatically take me to phone mode.. I tried your holding Home+Sleep buttons and then it powered off and came back working fine. Thanks "CUP"
