Full Ebay app...possible?

Is it possible to make an application for listing items on Ebay?...like you can take photos with your iphone and upload them to your photo manager on ebay and list them fully...that would be very useful...Thanks!

They have a ebay listing app for windows mobile phones their website says iphone version is in the works...hopefully someone will have something for us soon...can't wait for this...
