Can't Install AVPlayer.app

Installer tells me it can Install AVPlayer on my phone because it says MobileFinder is not installed. However, mobilefinder is installed. For some reason though its not listed in installed

Can't Install AVPlayer.app

Installer tells me it can Install AVPlayer on my phone because it says MobileFinder is not installed. However, mobilefinder is installed. For some reason though its not listed in installed packages. When I try to install mobile finder again it gives me a main script execution failure. Any suggestions?
