Can anyone please tell me what DemoApp is as well as, Ulctl are?

They appear here and dont seem to do anything.
I changed the permissions with DemoApp but it just turns the screen black and does nothing.
I press the home button and I am returned to the home screen.

I have not figured out Ulctl either.

Are these anything or can I delete them?

afaik, the demo.app was an application apple used to play a video (loop) that demonstrated the iPhone's features when it was introduced
