Ipod control won't show?

When I'm at home or on maps web ECT ... I double click home to change my music but just redirects me to iPod won't show the control when I double click home button ... I went to settings and enable show iPod control and put it on iPod ... Still ... How I fix this ?

Double-cling the home button will only display the controls if music is already playing. If you double-click when music is stopped/paused it will take you to your iPod so you can choose your song.
