Problem Creating A Source

Well when i go to edit the packagesource.plist it doesnt look anything like it shows in the guide here http://modmyi.com/wiki/index.php/Cre..._Installer.App
i figure its because of the new installer update so if anyone can help me please also my repo has a error its at onebigcommunity.net/repo and right now for some reason it redirects to the directory beta
