Hide Apps And Some Other Help

Ok...

I donated to Blaze and got their private source. They have the AddiPod download that adds the iPod like the iPhone. I want to get rid of Music and Videos, but I can't. Customize 2.0 doesn't have hide app support, on Poof it doesn't give me the option to hide just Music and Video, it only has the option to hide Music, Video, and the iPod all together. Does anybody know something I can use to hide Music and Video?

UPDATE: Found a package called Create iPod.app, removes Music and Video and add iPod.

Also...

I Installed Apollo and saw that it didn't work for MSN, so I downloaded MobileChat and it works perfect. So I uninstalled Apollo. Now... MobileChat was 3MB and Apollo was 4MB, I had 91MB of Disk Space left, 3+4=7, 91-7=83. So, I went to uninstall Apollo and it still says I have 83MB left, it didn't take off the space from Apollo. I SSH and went to Application folder and Apollo isn't there. How do I clear up the space?
