Vibrate on/off toggle shortcut

am now looking some way of having a shortcut for vibrate on and off. I want to use my iphone in silent a lot in two modes. One silent with no vibrate so it can sit on my desk in work with no noise. then 2nd mode silent so it will vibrate in my pocket when i am out and about etc. When i turn the ringer down in ring mode it does not turn off at the lowest setting.

Boss prefs allows me to enter in a new service start and stop which will solve my issue but it is asking me the following details for the vibrate service:

- path /file to run to start the service
- path /file to run to stop the service
- process to grep in 'ps x' for running state

I have no idea what these are, I have searched for them on the net but to no avail. Any help much appreciated.

No-one to help me? I know I can do this with bossprefs but just need the hardcode paths
