Hey,

Well I had 2 at least 2 sources that I used with 1.0.2, but now that I just restored and used jailbreakme.com, those 2 sources dont seem to work. Has this happened with anyone else? Any solutions?

yes there are some sources that have not updated thier content for 1.1.1.

Should I just put this in the NES ROMS folder? Because I thought you had to enter then as .nes files...

No, These go in Installer Sources.
1)open Installer
2) go to Sources
3) Press Edit
4) Press Add
5) enter new sources
