Installing Summerboard on 1.1.2 via SSH

I have a jailbroken 1.1.2 and I would like Summerboard.
The Installer repository doesn't seem to have it anymore (Package download keeps failing). I have and know how to use WinSCP and SSH, and I have the older version of SMB, but I don't know how to install it. I copied the SMBPrefs.app into the Applications folder and when I open the program it's just blank with no options. I did restart the phone.
Can anybody help?
