Can you guys help me out with the following problem? Thanks!

I am trying to use snap/snap2album to get a screenshot of my locked screen & run into the following error anytime I execute the commands from /var/root/bin through my Putty:

2007-11-05 23:56:19.927 snap[308:d03] Couldn't register with bootstrap server unknown error code (0x44f); failing...
308: ABORT: Unable to register "UnknownPurpleApp" port, 1103 unknown error code
zsh: abort ./snap 2

Other utilities such as "cal" work just fine. I can also take screenshot with Dock once I get pass the locked screen. What am I missing?

If the other applications work fine, then why not stick with them??

The problem is I can't take a screenshot of my locked screen using Dock. I can only access Dock from the Springboard, after getting pass the "Slide to Unlock" screen.
