I want to know if this is a reliable company or not, because a week ago i sent them a monthly subscription payment for RDM+ for my iphone which is $6 via e-gold and dropped them many messages to their support email [email protected] but no response, i used the form in their website but like you are talking with a dead body

Anyone used their service or bought a subscription from their website lately?

I bought the unlimited for $29 last week and got the registration through straight away. It's an excellent product IMHO.

Are you sure the transaction was completed? Have you actually been charged the $5.95 to your card? Maybe it was a failed transaction. They've been fine with me.
