caterpiller rip dev and hide pod

rip dev these guys are great i paid for caterpiller and have had 2 phones break and they keep sending me new codes so i dont have to repurchase,

hide pod on the other hand isnt getting back to me, and of course since they go by your phones serial number (which is bs in my opinion) im pretty much screwed, and i just bought it like a week ago and also made a skin for it, pretty low, just thought i would let people know

i know i got a new phone, but if i bought a new computer i could transfer all my software still, this serial number logging installing stuff is crap

if i hear from them i will update the post

emailed them at 10pm last night 5/2/08

5/3/08 12pm still nothing
5/3/08 1:30pm still nothing
5/3/08 2:45 still nothing definatly not going to spend money on it again, thinking about disputing charges on card
5/3/08 5:20 still nothing, someone must have gotten my email by now right?
5/3/08 6:10 at this point i feel as though they have ignored me
5/4/08 12:20 basterds definatly arent getting back to me
5/5/08 3:00 i finally got a replacement code for this after emailing a few more times ******** about it
