    Default Simpson video wallpaper!

    Hey all,I would like to work on a project named "video wallpaper "....
    Here is my idea,makig a wallpaper (For example Homer) and make him saying "DUMB" every time you press Home button,the wallpaper will be on a lock screen,is this possible? It is not videowallapaper,kinda audio wallpaper,if some of the developers would help me working on this project,feel free to PM me..
